Teriyaki Salmon (Crystal)

Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4-1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp sesame seeds

Boil and cool.  

Put salmon in a ziploc bag and poor enough teriyaki sauce in the bag to cover salmon.  Let marinate at least 24 hours.  Put salmon on a foil lined cookie sheet, and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.  Broil 3-4 minutes.  Serve with rice and warmed up teriyaki sauce.
