Beef Brisket (Crystal)

4-5 lb. Beef Brisket (I buy mine at Costco in the raw meat section. They are trimmed and ready to go.)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce

Mix the above seasonings together and rub onto both sides of the meat.
Tightly wrap it with foil and place in a greased pan. (I use 9X13. If it doesn't fit right in the pan, its OK, it will shrink as it cooks.)Bake it at 225 degrees, for 5-7 hours(Sometimes I do mine overnight). Take it out of the oven and let it cool for about an hour. Wrap it tightly in new foil and refriderate it. Slice it crossgrain, put it back in a 9X13 and cover it with the following barbeque sauce. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, covered.

Barbeque Sauce
1 cup sugar
1 cup Russian salad dressing
1 cup of BBQ sauce

I usually cook mine the day before I want to eat it, so that it can be in the fridge for a long time and get really cold. If it is really cold, it is much easier to cut!
