Boil together:
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice (I just drain a can)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tab. minced garlic (I use garlic powder)
Let this cool. Put the meat in a ziploc or tupperware with the meat
for 24-48 hours. Then grill.
