Blackberry Spinach Salad (Myndi)

6 cups baby spinach
1 cup blackberries
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 green onion, sliced
2 tbsp chopped walnuts, toasted
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 1/2 tsp honey
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

Combine spinach, berries, tomatoes, onion, walnuts.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients for dressing.
Drizzle dressing over salad & sprinkle with feta.

*Don't necessarily need to make with blackberries. I've done it without and it's so good still. I have also used red instead of green onion, it works.
