Coconut Cream Pie (Tiffani)


2 small boxes vanilla pudding
3 1/3 cup milk

Cook till pudding comes to a boil.  Remove
from heat and add 1tsp butter, ¾tsp vanilla,
2tsp coconut extract, 1 C shredded coconut.
Mix well and let set for 3 min. and then pour
into pie shell.  Top with whipping cream and 
toasted coconut.
