Oatmeal Coconut Crisps (Mom & Dad)

Cream:

2 cups butter

2 cups sugar

2 cups brown sugar

4 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

Combine and add:

3 cups flour

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

Stir in:

6 cups regular oats

1 ½ cups coconut

12 ounces chocolate chips

Options: nuts, raisins, cherries or craisins


Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
