Spaghetti Sauce (Tiffani)
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Onion -1
Garlic – 2 cloves
Mushrooms
Green Peppers
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Tbsp Balsamic or Red Wine Vinegar
28oz Diced Tomatoes (must be diced)
8oz Tomato Sauce
12oz Tomato Paste
1 tsp Basil & ½ tsp Oregano
or
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
(may add more of basil & oregano)
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4tsp fennel seeds (optional – if you want the taste of Italian sausage)
2 Bay Leaf
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
1 can of Chicken Broth
Sauté onion, mushrooms, grn peppers & garlic in olive oil. Add meat. Then add vinegar. Simmer. Add everything else. Simmer.
