CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE (Tiffani)


Cake:
    ½ C butter (soft)
    ½ C oil
    1¾ C sugar
    2 eggs
    ½ C sour cream
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 C. zucchini (grated)
    2½ C flour
    ½ C cocoa
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
Topping:
¾ C chocolate chips
¾ C brown sugar
½ C nuts (optional)

Blend butter, oil, and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Then add zucchini. Then add all the dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased, jelly roll pan. Sprinkle topping mixture on top.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
